CHEERTAILS is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at check out. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change or cancel an order, please email support@cheertails.com within 2 hours and provide the order # and details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept any changes or cancellations.


 Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity. 
Exchange & Return

Exchanges

  • We are happy to assist with product exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in brand-new condition with original tags and packaging, and are free of odors and pet hair.
  • You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
    • A shipping label can be provided to US customers at a flat rate of $15 USD (covers return shipping and handling)
    • Non US customers will need to arrange their own shipping to our return warehouse located in the US
  • Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item.

Returns

  • To start a return, simply email us at support@cheertails.com with your order number. Our customer service team will assist you and respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
    • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

    This is hands-down one of the cutest jackets I’ve ever bought for my dog! The playful monkey and colorful letters make it fun and eye-catching. The plush-filled interior is super warm, making it perfect for winter. I also love the snap closures, which make dressing my pup a breeze—especially for broad-chested dogs like mine. The quality is excellent, and after washing, I followed the care instructions to fluff the filling, and it stayed as good as new. It’s a great balance of style, warmth, and comfort.
