Exchanges
- We are happy to assist with product exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in brand-new condition with original tags and packaging, and are free of odors and pet hair.
- You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
- A shipping label can be provided to US customers at a flat rate of $15 USD (covers return shipping and handling)
- Non US customers will need to arrange their own shipping to our return warehouse located in the US
- Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item.
