CHEERTAILS is not responsible if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at check out. We will not process any refunds in such circumstances.
CHEERTAILS is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at check out. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity.
Exchanges
- We are happy to assist with product exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in brand-new condition with original tags and packaging, and are free of odors and pet hair.
- You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
- A shipping label can be provided to US customers at a flat rate of $12 USD (covers return shipping and handling)
- Non US customers will need to arrange their own shipping to our return warehouse located in the US
- Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item
